01 / Laptop & remote connection
A Windows laptop, reliable internet and TeamViewer for the remote session. Keep the laptop powered and the machine safely prepared as instructed.
02 / CAT software & adapter
CAT ET and a CAT COMM 3 communication adapter. Send your software version and adapter details so the setup can be checked for your specific machine.
Software licensing, adapter supply and any setup charges must be confirmed separately.
Stay with the machine.
The session uses TeamViewer. Stay available to follow the technician’s instructions, cycle the key and provide a dash photo when requested. Session duration is confirmed when booking.
